F&M Bank’s Community Contributions
F&M Bank’s 2nd Annual Giving Tree was a huge success! We collected baby items to be donated to SENCA for families in need.
F&M Bank collected clothes for the Falls City High School Closet through the month of October
F&M Bank Employees each donated $5 to the Richardson County Cancer Fund to wear jeans one day and the Bank match their donation totaling $170.
F&M Bank donated $200 to the Falls City FFA in honor of Ag Week.
F&M Bank donated $500 to the City of Falls City to help purchase new tasers and body cameras for the Falls City Police Department.
During the Open House, F&M Bank made three large community donations. $2500 to Main Street Falls City for New Landscaping at 17th & Stone St, $2500 to Falls City Area Chamber of Commerce for new Stone Street Christmas Lights and $2500 to John Philip Falter Museum.
Winter Clothing Drive
F&M Bank sponsored a Winter Clothing Drive on Oct. 28th. Clothing donations were taken in exchange for a free hotdog meal! All clothing items were donated to the Sixpence Program to help local family in need.
Bowling For A Cause
F&M Bank is “Bowling for a Cause.” The 9 week league started Oct. 12th at Falls City Lanes. The prize fund will be donated to the winning teams choice of non-profit organization. Falls City Lanes will also be matching the prize fund (up to $300). We are excited to be giving back to our community in such a fun way!
The “Bowling for a Cause” league finished up on Dec. 7th and even though we were not the winning team, we had a few employees awarded for their bowling skills. Keia Frederick received the High Series Award and League High Average Award, and Amy Surman received the High Game Award. Great job ladies!!
CMC Golf Tournament
F&M Bank was a proud supporter of the 5th Annual CMC Foundation Charitable Golf Tournament. This year CMC teamed up with the Tanner Shelby Merz Foundation to promote Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness.
